I always will remind everybody the importance to keep play in our lives.
Play indeed unleashes creativity, influences brain development, and shapes cognitive functions. It profoundly impacts academic and social skills, and its benefits extend to adults who often need to rediscover its joys. Play serves as a fertile ground for nurturing creativity, allowing both children and adults to freely explore imagination, invent scenarios, and develop problem-solving skills. Scientific research emphasizes that play actively shapes the brain's architecture, especially during early childhood. It aids in the development of neural pathways, fostering essential cognitive functions such as decision-making, memory, and emotional regulation. The positive impact of play on social and academic skills is undeniable. Play-based learning fosters crucial abilities like communication, teamwork, negotiation, and adaptability, essential for navigating everyday life. Play significantly contributes to reducing anxiety and boosting mood, acting as a natural stress-reliever. Engaging in active play encourages physical exercise, aiding in the development of gross motor skills and coordination. Building friendships and social connections, while teaching social rules, empathy, and cooperation, is a fundamental aspect of play. Play stimulates curiosity, encourages experimentation, and nurtures a willingness to explore new experiences.
This is a humorous tale about how even Santa Claus can have a bad day. Sometimes, we feel grumpy because we are exhausted, ill or frustrated. It happens to all of us, and Santa is no exception. Fortunately, he has his family and some rest to help him recover his cheerful spirit. But will he? You can just read on to find out.
Embrace your uniqueness! Happiness isn't found in imitation. That is the message in my book Yuri and the Jungle Ribbon. It is essential to recognize that happiness is not found in imitating others, behaviours, or material things; happiness will be found inside us by being ourselves. Each of us holds something special within. Look inside you it’s where your true treasure lies. Let’s celebrate our individuality and discover the beauty of what makes us, us. #education #childrenbooks #bookswithvalues #kidsbooks #child #personalgrow
Reading is indeed a mental workout; reading strengthens our minds, knowledge, and abilities, expanding our horizons. Just like doing physical exercise makes our body feel well and fit. Exercise challenges our bodies, as reading challenges our minds. Reading allows us to think out of the box, fostering creativity, critical thinking, and empathy. Reading and reflecting on what we read is a powerful tool for personal growth and understanding our world. Just like as a parent, encourage your children to exercise and do some physical activity, encourage them to read, promote the importance of reading and be an example of love for books. How do you encourage reading? #books #childrenbooks #kidsbooks #homeschooling #kindergarten#education #reading #children #quotes
Accept the children the way we accept trees with gratitude because they are a blessing- but do not have expectations or desires. You don’t expect trees to change; you love them as they are.” Isabel Allende.
To me, this quote means we need to love our children the way they are, with unconditional love. Unconditional love is the cornerstone of nurturing children without pressure or manipulation. Embrace them for who they are without imposing your expectations or desires allows them the freedom to explore, learn and grow in their unique ways. All of us dream that our children will be happy and safe and have a good life. Still, the way that we as parents do that is by loving them, supporting them, guiding them, and being positive role models, These are crucial for their development. Let them figure out for themselves what path they can choose and be there, always be there for them. Pressuring children to fit into predetermined figures or diminishing their worth based on not meeting specific expectations can stifle their individuality and self-confidence. On the other hand, allowing them space to discover their interests, strengths, and passions while offering a safety net of love and support enables them to flourish on their terms. #quotes #education #children #child #parenting
